Zitecraft FAQs

Getting started / logging in / domain linking

The starting point of all things related to claiming and adjusting your webzite is Zitecraft Admin. You can login here by simply clicking on the "Connect with Facebook" button and grant access to our Zitecraft app. Oh and don't worry: it is perfectly save!

To login go to zitecraft/login and click on the big blue Facebook button and follow the instructions from there.

When you work on your own device there is no need to logoff. If you are working on a public computer just close the Zitecraft window(s) in your browser and sign out on Facebook.

Go to the Domain Linking tab in the Zitecraft Admin and follow the insructions there. If you don't have a domain yet you can buy one at companies like: Hostnet (Dutch), Hosted (Dutch) or Link3.

You need a PRO account to link a zite to your own domain. Check out our pricing plans here.

Yes. Anyone who is a page admistrator of your Facebook page can login to Zitecraft Admin and adjust the zite.

Changing the content of a webzite

Yes! Custom pages can be created so you can tell your clients more about for example your pricing, team or beautiful historical building.

By adding the hashtag #zitecraft in the comment of a picture.

When you change them on Facebook they will instantly be adjusted on your zite!

Initialy this text is copied from the short description of your Facebook Page but you can change it on the "Homepage" tab in the Zitecraft Admin.

Yes you can! Currently we support Dutch and English but more languages will be added soon.

Changing the look & feel of a webzite

Once you are logged in you can adjust the look & feel by changing the font type, font sizes and colors of your zite. Also the background picture can be changed and if you are looking for a free photo editor we advise you to use Pixlr Editor.

Yes! Zitecraft is fully responsive which means the pages adjust to the size of the screen. So it doesn't matter if a visitor uses a smartphone, tablet or a bigger screen like a laptop.

Social Media FAQs:

Cover photos are 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels tall. If you upload an image that's smaller than these dimensions, it will be stretched to this larger size. The image you upload must be at least 399 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall.

To get the fastest load times for your Page, upload an sRGB JPG file that's 851 pixels wide, 315 pixels tall and less than 100 kilobytes. For images with your logo or text, you may get a higher quality result by using a PNG file.
